"Pleasant"
I liked the location of the hotel. Everyone very receptive, friendly, interactive. The food was so-so... the internet didn't always work well. Everyone at the reception desk was willing to do their best. That was appreciated.

The locations is perfect in the sense that its 5min away from airport. But there is always traffic in Ethiopia, like every hour the traffic is crazy. The breakfast was good but need more options. Need more varieties and a bit of European meals

Excellent Room services, laundry svcs, very clean swimming pull & gym. From the neighborhood KB restaurant was really amazing with their best food and services. Serving us in the room.

Conveniently located. Close to a small "mall" which has an ATM. Alot of shops around to get various snacks if neededRestaurants are decent, and very well priced. The hotel food is also decent, and very well priced. On average with tip expect to pay around 200Bir for a meal ($5)This is with a good tip. Meals on average around 150BirPool is awesome, and heated Gym is sufficient for a workout and never really busy
